Adds comprehensive documentation for PR #97's new entitlement/subscription management capabilities. Includes new section covering 10+ new API methods like hasAnyEntitlement(), hasEntitlementForPaywall(), and subscription status checking. Also documents the new dontShowIfAlreadyEntitled parameter for presentUpsell().
